This hostel is fantastic - clean, cosy, and feels like home. The showers are great and the view from the sitting room is amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food, especially the lasagne, is delicious. The location is perfect for hiking and there are plenty of amenities like a guest kitchen and a big room to relax in. The breakfast is also good.

    Can't fault the property.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, right on the shores of Loch Lomond. The views are stunning and it's the perfect spot for those who love nature. The staff at the hotel were also extremely friendly and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the lounge area with the couches in the bay window was a great place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.

One of the downsides of this hotel was the lack of cleanliness in some areas, particularly the bathrooms and our room. The showers were also mixed gender, which was surprising and made some guests feel uncomfortable.

Beautiful location right on the lake, with stunning views. The hostel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a spacious living room where I met friendly people. The bathrooms were clean and the dorm room had a convenient bathroom sink. The breakfast provided was good, although a bit expensive. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hostel.

The beds were really comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of hiking. The lounge was absolutely fabulous, filled with a wide range of books and guides, especially for West Highland Way walkers. And let's not forget the incredible view from the windows - it was like something out of a postcard. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. The hostel was clean and tidy, with great showers and a spacious kitchen equipped with everything I needed. Plus, there were plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase at the reception. I highly recommend this hostel for its unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly atmosphere.

You can't beat the stunning location of this budget accommodation with its views over the tranquil loch. the room I stayed in was small, but the en suite bathroom was modern and clean. the breakfast was a great spread, with plenty of options to choose from, which fueled me up for the day's hike. the lounge area was a cozy place to relax after a long journey. Plus, the large selection of drinks and snacks in the reception was a lifesaver.

The road leading to the hostel was a little bumpy, but manageable.
