The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, right on the shores of Loch Lomond. The views are stunning and it's the perfect spot for those who love nature. The staff at the hotel were also extremely friendly and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the lounge area with the couches in the bay window was a great place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.
One of the downsides of this hotel was the lack of cleanliness in some areas, particularly the bathrooms and our room. The showers were also mixed gender, which was surprising and made some guests feel uncomfortable.
